beds were comfortable, hoT tub was nice. Staff in the restaurant was very nice.

pool was open until 11pm with people partying loudly. Hotel was under renovation hallway walls were bare, room was already renovated but bathroom caulking was cracking and dirty. Discounts should be given if hotel is not up to par. Guests should be notified that the pool will be very loud. I had not requested a poolside room so would have asked for other room if we had known it would be noisy so late in the evening.

Location: the hotel was close to a make shift basketball court and the local restaurants. Went to Boulder Tap House for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a very open area, so close to a make shift basketball court. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, pay TV and a refrigerator. Pleased it had a bathtub.

There was no water pressure and caused inconvenience.

Smell of chloride from pool. Very small bathroom. No elevator. Construction going on so this is temporary.

Not the best option for the picky traveler

The indoor volleyball and ping pong area was actually kind of fun. I was impressed because the pool area seemed really nice, I mean what kid doesn't love that kinda stuff, right?

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

It was just a prime choice for a lightning trip in Alexandria with good value. The pool, ping pong, and video games were an awesome experience for our kids. Make sure to take advantage of the recreational facilities.

The indoor rec area was excellent with a pool table, ping pong, and basketball hoop. The restaurant was enjoyable with live music, and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxation.

The Holiday Inn Alexandria, An Ihg Hotel was clean and cute. The spacious lobby made for easy navigation, and I appreciated the accessibility throughout the hotel, ensuring comfort for senior guests like myself.

More staff on duty for quicker assistance.

The pool area impressed me with a kiddie pool, hot tub, and ample seating. My room felt clean, although I noticed it could use some updating. The mattress was comfortable, made for good sleep. I found some stray hair on the bathroom floor and the shower had not been properly cleaned. During my visit, the restaurant wasn't ideal. Service was slow, and my food came out cold. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. The staff were friendly, great, but the check-in process took longer than expected. I enjoyed my time but some cleanliness issues need addressing.

Great recreational facilities and comfortable stay

I really enjoyed the extensive recreational area with the pool and arcade, perfect for families. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The dining experience could use some improvement as the service was notably slow during our meal.

The pool area offered a lovely escape after long days exploring. A bit more focus on dining service would enhance the experience.

The hot tub was a fantastic family hangout. Loved the mini basketball court and ping pong! A fun place for families to chill.

Totally recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable room, friendly staff, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere near the indoor swimming pool and free parking available right outside.
